Template Use Agreement & Disclaimer

Thank you for supporting Flowerwise Garden Studio. By purchasing or downloading any Flowerwise Notion template (“the Template”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Product

This Template is an original work created by Flowerwise Garden Studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Notion Labs Inc. “Notion” is a trademark of Notion Labs Inc.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

The Template is provided “as is.”

While every effort has been made to ensure reliability and functionality, Flowerwise Garden Studio makes no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—about its performance or compatibility.

You acknowledge that:

  • Notion Labs Inc. controls the Notion platform, its availability, and features.
  • Flowerwise Garden Studio cannot be held responsible for Notion outages, bugs, feature changes, or pricing adjustments.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own Notion account and backups of your data.

3. License & Permitted Use

  • Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
  • You may customize the Template for your own workspace.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Template publicly in its original or modified form without written permission.

4. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final. Please double-check the product details before purchasing. If you ever have trouble accessing your files, reach out and I’ll be happy to help.

If you experience an issue accessing your Template, please contact info@flowerwisegarden.com and we’ll help resolve it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowerwise Garden Studio shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Template or the Notion platform.

6. Updates & Support

Occasional updates or revisions may be offered at Flowerwise’s discretion.

Ongoing Notion feature support or custom modifications are not included unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase or using the Template, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.

Refunds and Returns Policy

I want you to love what you order from Flowerwise Garden Studio, so here’s how I handle other types of products:

Print-on-Demand Items

Prints, mugs, and other made-to-order products are created just for you by my print partner. That means I can’t take returns if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

But—if something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let me know within 14 days of delivery (send a photo if you can), and I’ll get a replacement or refund arranged for you.

Custom Hand Embroidery

Each embroidery piece is handmade with care and one-of-a-kind. For that reason, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an error on my end, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.
